TQM Wealth Partners Win-4-All Pickleball Tournament has chosen Girls Inc. of Lynn and Boston as our target organization. Through our annual pickleball tournament, we have raised over $75,000 to support Girls Inc.'s research-based programming, mentoring and guiding that is delivered by trained professionals together focussed on the development of the whole girl in an all-girl, pro-girl environment. Guided by the vision of powerful young women in an equitable society, Girls Inc. girls learn to value their whole selves, discover and develop inherent strengths, and receive support to meet challenges and opportunities.

Living healthy and active lifestyles, Girls Inc. girls are less likely to engage in risky behavior, are more academically successful and more likely to graduate from college and post-secondary education programs. Possessing diligence, perseverance, and resilience, Girls Inc. girls affect positive change in their lives and are preparing to be the leaders of tomorrow.
