In our four years organizing the tournament to support Girls Inc., we've seen a year over year increase in the turnout of players, spectators, and supporters from across the North Shore.

TQM Win-4-All offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to create a win-win situation for both event organizers and sponsors. By aligning with TQM Win-4-All, sponsors can connect with target audiences, enhance visibility, engage with potential customers, and demonstrate a commitment to community involvement.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Title Sponsor

As a title sponsor, your brand logo will be prominently featured on the official tournament T-shirt and in all event marketing and e-marketing materials, including event signage, banners, promotional content, and press releases. Your company will receive verbal recognition during the tournament and unique highlights and mentions in pre/post-event social media coverage and an optional vendor table at event. $2,500+

Gold Sponsor

Gold sponsors receive significant brand visibility on marketing and e-marketing materials, prominent display of logo on all event signage, unique social media highlight and mention, logo on tournament shirt, verbal recognition during event and an optional vendor table at the tournament. $1,000+

Silver Sponsor

Silver sponsorship offers a more budget-friendly option while still providing valuable exposure. Sponsors at this level will have their logos displayed on event materials, be included in a social media group mentions and a vendor table. $500+

Bronze Sponsor

Bronze sponsors will have their logos displayed on court signage and receive social media mentions. $250+

In-Kind Donor

In-kind sponsorship allows businesses to contribute products or services instead of cash.

This can include food and beverage donations which will be offered to tournament participants at the Player Hydration/Nutrition Station on tournament day; donations might also be included in swag bags for participants; unique items or experiences could be incorporated into silent auction packages which will be on display on tournament day and available to all spectators, volunteers and participants to bid on event day.

In-kind sponsors receive recognition based on the value of their contributions.

Your sponsorship will not only help raise crucial funds for Girls Inc. and enable more girls to participate in life changing programs, it will also provide you with valuable visibility and

exposure to an active, engaged North Shore community who love pickleball and share a dedication to important causes.

Finalize Your Sponsorship

Once you’ve selected a sponsorship level, we will work together to finalize the details including logo placement, meet deadlines for printed materials and logo appearance on official tournament shirt, collect money or in-kind donations, provide receipt for tax deduction and accommodate specific requests.

Engage and Enjoy

As a sponsor, your role doesn’t end once the agreement is signed. We encourage you to attend the September 19th tournament, engage with participants and other Girls Inc. supporters, participate in networking opportunities, and enjoy the benefits of sponsorship!
